Millicent is a nonprofit leader with a deep commitment to equity and social justice, and a strong track record of helping organizations, leaders, and teams take personal responsibility while empowering the communities they serve, in order to effect meaningful change. Millicent’s passions in work are for engagement and mentoring, while expanding diversity and inclusion; her passions in play are for visiting the remaining 15 US states and 3 continents that are yet to be crossed off her travel list.
